Lead HVAC Technician spotlight
We're looking for technicians — not just parts changers.
Primary focus is service and repair. When installs are scheduled, you can earn additional income through our performance-based installation pay program.
- Diagnose furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, boilers, RTUs, mini-splits, and related equipment
- Explain options clearly and educate customers before they decide
- Complete documentation, photos, and job reports
- 5+ years HVAC service experience · EPA Universal required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
