Members get seasonal tune-ups, priority scheduling, repair discounts from 5–20% by tier, annual standard filter supply on Furnace & AC Gold and Platinum, clear system condition findings, and member referral rewards. Furnace & AC Gold and Platinum include three annual tune-ups across two seasonal visits. Winter includes a furnace tune-up. Summer includes both a furnace and air-conditioning tune-up during the same appointment.
Plans start at $8/mo for Boiler Bronze and go up to $55/mo for Packaged / Rooftop Platinum. Most homes choose Furnace & AC Gold at $32.50/mo ($390/year). Compare all system types and tiers on this page and confirm the right plan when you join.
